Facilitation

Best facilitation I have seen in some time
• We always had time to ask questions. The facilitators
always listened to us. They had good energy all the time.
• Feedback from role players and JTO personnel was
clear, concise and beneficial. Opinions were unbiased and
based on situation.
• Very strong performance by the actor made the role
play training more potent and the learning more clear.
• The cases (actors) were extremely challenging and
thought provoking.
• What was good is that [facilitators] all have different
backgrounds and are able to make a lot of different input
to us.

actors, which helps to illustrate and practice.
