Facilitation

• Best facilitation I have seen in some time
• We always had time to ask questions. The facilitators always listened to us. They had good energy all the time.
• Feedback from role players and JTO personnel was clear, concise and beneficial. Opinions were unbiased and based on situation.

Interaction

I particularly appreciated the attendance of two professional actors, which helps to illustrate and practice.
